Established by the Coastal Bend Community Foundation from general contributions to assist worthy students graduating from high schools in the Coastal Bend* to pursue higher education.

Eligibility:
Applicants must:
be a graduating senior in the Coastal Bend* with a minimum GPA of 80% on a 100% scale;
attend a publicly supported two-or four-year college in the Coastal Bend;
demonstrate active participation in community service, and;
enroll in a minimum of 12 semester hours.
